Refund policy
In the unlikely event there is a manufacturer defect or any other quality concerns beyond the customer’s control, please submit an RMA (Return Merchant Authorization) request within 30 days of delivery to receive a refund or exchange. All returns and exchanges must be authorized through our RMA process by clicking the link below. Orders shipped back to us without this will be returned to the sender. If you wish to return or exchange unopened products, you can do so for up to 14 days (from delivery) for a full refund or exchange. After 14 days, you will receive store credit. After 30 days, the products are nonrefundable. Baefords Gifts is not responsible for any shipping fees.
To start a return or exchange:
To Start a Return or Exchange you can click the button below or go to My Account > My Orders > Select Order > Start Return. After 30 days the product is not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Once the request is submitted, please allow up to 5 business days for a response from one of our team members. Once approved, a RMA link will be emailed to you with further instructions. If the return is deemed to be our responsibility, we will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label. You have 30 days to ship the products back to us in good condition. Please take care to package the product(s) properly. Products damaged during return shipping will not be refunded or exchanged.
Returned shipments and exchanges will be processed within one week from the time that the items are received at our warehouse. Once approved, please allow up to 3 business days for your credit to be applied to your account or credit card (whichever you selected).
For merchandise purchased with one of our other Bella Lash retail partners, please return the product to the original point of purchase to determine eligibility for refund or exchange.
